This episode we talk to Sam Shames, one of the creators of Embr Wave bracelets. Embr Wave bracelet was developed to help control your body temperature by cooling or warming the sensitive skin on the inside of your wrist. That sensation on your skin triggers the nerves to send messages to your brain. The brain then balances your body temperature. We are excited to continue to find products to help midlife women.
