On this episode, we continue our conversation with actress Josie Bissett.  Now that her children are in college, Josie finds herself in a place many midlife women themselves - a place of transition.  We discuss her work during this time of transition, her health and wellness and her hopes for the future (an ensemble series perhaps?).  Of course, we talk menopause as well.

We discuss her children's book Tickle Monster and how it has become such a mainstay for many families to promote bonding and laughter.
